Nadalie is one of the few coopers in the world today to make large vessels from oak. These unique barrels, casks and vats make some of the world's best wines.
This range of products whilst made in a variety of pre-determined sizes
and shapes offer the winemaker and cooper the opportunity to design and

Oak Add Ins™
In
addition to providing premium French and American and East European Oak
Barrels, Nadalie offers a variety of Oak Add Ins™ to meet your needs
for cost-effective yet outstanding oak character for your wines.
Premium French and American and very soon, East European Oak too, is selected from the same trees that provide our Nadalie barrel staves. After air seasoning, the wood is toasted over an open-oak fire in the traditional French style to achieve deep, thorough toasting.

WINEWOOD™
WINEWOOD
as with all our Oak Add Ins Products, is naturally toasted over oak fire
through the thickness of the entire wood. Sealed in plastic right after
the toasting process to lock in the superb aromas. Other toastings are
available upon request. Simple to install and easy to remove and clean.
Approx Size 40" x 4" x 1/2" (1m x 11cm x 1cm) in bags of
10 pieces.
Blocks
Approximately 2" x 2" x 1/2" (5cm x 5cm x 1cm). 20lb (9kg) or 50lb (23kg) bags.
Cubes
Approximately 1/2" (1.6cm). 20lb (9kg) bags. Other sizes available.
Dominoes
Approximate size 2.5" x 1.25" x 1/2" (5cm x 3cm x 1cm). 20lb (9kg) bags. Other sizes available.
Chips
Chips of American and French oak, slowly toasted over a wood fire. Other toastings are available upon request. Packaged in 50lb (23kg) bags.
