FRENCH OAK is available with the following forests: Centre of France Blend, Allier, Nevers, Troncais, Vosges, Jupilles, Bertranges, Limousin. The oak is seasoned as follows: NADALIE is standard 2 years seasoned with 3 years available. MARSANNAY is standard 3 years seasoned.

AMERICAN OAK is typically blended, however region-specific is available from our American cooperager from: Minnesota, Missouri, Pennsylvania, Oregon. Oak seasoning is standard 30 months with 36 months available. AMERICAN OAK COOPERED IN FRANCE is blended with the same seasoning periods available.

INTERMEDIO Barrels are made from EASTERN EUROPEAN OAK are seasoned and coopered in France.

Large barrels and casks also available and built by our own experienced coopers. We are one of the few remaining cooperages to have this skilled facility.
